Incomplete forms or application without the supporting documents will not be accepted.
On fulfilment of the above requirements, the visitor badges will be issued.
Application form once submitted cannot be cancelled and are non-transferrable under any
circumstances.
Visitor registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the event gets cancelled/postponed, then visitor will not get any refund or reimbursement.

Visitors are not allowed to bring bullion & jewellery inside the exhibition hall & venue
Visitor below 18 Years age is strictly not allowed.
After the issue of visitor badge the rights of entry remains in the hands of organiser.
For lady’s registration (Jewellers Only), Business card is must with her name and designation.
We will send exhibition related information & reminder through e-mail, sms & whats app &
other marketing tools.

Safety guidelines of Covid 19
AarogyaSetu Mobile App is recommended for all the visitors and mandatory for the ones with
a smart-phone.
The visitors should not enter the venue ground if their temperature is not normal.
Visitor to be allowed entry the venue, if using face cover/masks. The face cover/mask has to
be worn by all, at all times, while in public places.
The visitors must ensure that they maintain a sufficient distance (of about two yards) from
other persons at all the time.
In case a person falls sick having fever, body ache, sore throat etc., he must report to the First
Aid desk
Visitor should pre-register themselves.
Frisking of persons entering the venue, if planned, shall be undertaken after thermal
screening. Personnel involved in frisking shall wear triple layer medical mask (in addition to
gloves). Proper hand hygiene shall be maintained by such personnel every time they change
their gloves.
Seating arrangement in the exhibition halls, food courts, meetings, etc. to be made in such a
way that adequate physical distancing of 6 feet is maintained.
Visitor should adhere to all the guidelines prescribed by the organizer.
